Quizzyfy may offer paid plans or subscriptions for certain platform features. This policy outlines our stance on billing and refunds.

Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Razorpay.

Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical issues preventing service use
  • Accidental purchases

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Partial subscription use
  • Violations of platform terms
  • Account suspension due to misuse

Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period.
